This way, we can follow up on missed opportunities to make sure all consumers have the chance to protect their purchase.
After the sale of a new product, we will contact the consumer to see if they would like to purchase an extended service plan. E-mail, mail and personal communication strategies may be employed.
This approach applies to individuals who have already purchased protection for their product but may wish to extend their coverage for an additional period of time before their ESP expires.
